The big headline here is the recommendation to ban single family zoning state wide. How would that affect Lincoln? Could your neighbor propose a multi-family condo building "by right"? What authority will the Lincoln Planning board still have in approving structures on previously SFH zoned parcels? Set-backs? Height? Lot coverage?
